  • Graduation Rate and Dropout Rate reports have been updated to adjust top/bottom suppression in order to show more data where possible while still protecting student privacy under FERPA.
  • School Rating Reports have been updated to adjust formatting and text as well as to add new fields where applicable.

  • The School Improvement Funds Report has been updated to include district data in addition to school data for 2022-23 forward. The report name has also been changed to “Improvement Funds.” Click here to view the interactive report.
  • A new interactive report is now available with data starting in 2021-22 for “Student Performance Compared to Goals.” Click here to view the State level interactive report.
  • A new section has been added to Data Details providing access to the new Student Performance Compared to Goals report.
  • Assessment reports have been revised to update the name of 1 field. # Enrolled has been changed to # Eligible for each assessment program. This is to clarify that the number shown on these reports is the number of students eligible for, or expected to take, the test rather than a count of total enrollment.
  • The NAA (Grades 3-8 /11 ELA/Math/Science) assessment report has been revised to add fields reporting the # and % of students that took the NAA assessment out of the entire assessed population.
  • The field name “Ethnicity” has been updated to “Race/Ethnicity” on all applicable reports.
  • The mouse hover text for Proficiency on the dashboard has been updated to clarify that these values are “The percent of students who were proficient on Nevada CRT assessments in English Language Arts (ELA)/Mathematics”.
  • A new mouse hover has been added to the Proficiency section on the dashboard to clarify that “Proficiency calculations follow state, district, or school NSPF Business Rules”.

  • The Nevada Accountability Portal is now available in Spanish. Use the toggle on the top right of the page to view the website into Spanish.

  • A new message with Important Information on COVID 19 Reporting Impacts for 2021-22 has been added to the landing page.
    • Note: This message has also been added to the School Rating Report page.
  • School Rating Reports have been updated for 2021-22 to add special text. The following sections of the report display special text for 2021-22 reports indicating that star ratings were not calculated for schools, but index scores from 1-100 have been provided to meaningfully differentiate schools.

    • How are star ratings determined based on total index score?
  • N Count and Top/Bottom suppression has been added to School Rating Report Indicator/Measure pages so that data for groups less than 10 is not displayed and results >95% and <5% are not displayed.
